Make3D AI uses a simple plan-based commercial license model. Your commercial rights depend on the account plan used when the 3D asset is made, whether the related payment remains valid, and whether the final use follows this Commercial License and applicable laws.
Free members may use platform-gifted credits to make, preview, test, and explore AI-generated 3D models on Make3D AI. Free-made assets are for personal, educational, and non-commercial exploration only. They do not include commercial use rights.
Monthly subscribers receive a worldwide commercial license for eligible 3D assets made during an active paid monthly subscription. These assets may be used in commercial projects if the account remains in good standing and the related payment is not refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalid.
Annual subscribers receive lifetime worldwide commercial rights for eligible 3D assets made during the valid annual subscription period. Annual members may also download a separate Commercial License Certificate for each eligible 3D model.
This license applies to eligible assets made through supported Make3D AI workflows, including text-to-3D making, image-to-3D making, multiview-to-3D creation, AI texture generation, 3D model repair, remeshing, conversion, optimization, rendering, and supported 3D file exports.
Objects, props, product concepts, characters, environment pieces, decorative models, prototypes, and other 3D assets made with Make3D AI.
Generated meshes, optimized shapes, repaired geometry, remeshed assets, structured model outputs, and production-ready 3D variations.

Modify, adapt, texture, repair, remesh, optimize, render, convert, or export eligible Make3D AI assets for permitted commercial use.
Export eligible assets in supported 3D formats such as GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, PLY, USDZ, 3MF, and glTF, subject to plan limits and platform functionality.
The Make3D AI Commercial License supports real creative and commercial use, but it does not allow infringement, deceptive use, standalone redistribution, unauthorized resale, or use of platform outputs to build competing AI systems.
You may not use generated assets for illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or exploitative activities.
You may not create or use assets that violate another party's copyright, trademark, product design rights, character rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
You may not impersonate a person, company, product, game, character, brand, studio, artist, designer, or rights holder without proper authorization.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, package, or offer generated 3D models as standalone stock assets, asset packs, downloadable model libraries, template collections, or competing AI 3D asset services without written permission from Make3D AI.
You may not use Make3D AI outputs, previews, generated models, downloads, certificates, or asset records to train, fine-tune, benchmark, reverse engineer, or build competing AI models, datasets, 3D generators, or automated asset-making services unless Make3D AI gives written permission.
You may not remove, falsify, edit, misrepresent, or manipulate license records, generation records, account records, asset IDs, or Commercial License Certificates.
A commercial license is granted only when a valid paid purchase is completed and remains valid. If a subscription payment or plan purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, successfully disputed, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise treated as invalid, the commercial license connected to that payment automatically becomes void.
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the commercial rights connected to that payment end automatically.
Any Commercial License Certificate tied to a refunded, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent, or invalid payment loses its validity.
If the license becomes void, downloaded 3D models connected to that payment may no longer be used commercially.
Annual lifetime commercial rights remain valid only if the original annual purchase remains valid and is not refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or invalid.
Make3D AI helps users make and prepare 3D assets with AI, but users remain responsible for the materials they provide and the way they use generated outputs. This includes prompts, uploaded images, reference photos, brand names, logos, product designs, characters, copyrighted works, trademarks, likenesses, and all final commercial use cases.
Before using any generated asset commercially, you should confirm that your prompts, uploads, references, edits, and final project do not violate third-party rights or third-party platform rules.
Make3D AI does not guarantee acceptance by any marketplace, stock asset platform, game store, app store, 3D printing service, client review process, advertising network, or distribution platform. Each platform may apply its own rules for AI content, intellectual property, technical quality, file formats, moderation, and commercial submissions.
A free member makes a 3D model with platform-gifted credits. The model can be used for learning, testing, and private exploration, but it is not commercially licensed. It should not be used in a paid game, client project, product listing, commercial video, marketplace submission, or business campaign.
No commercial useA monthly subscriber makes several 3D props for a game prototype while the paid monthly plan is active. Those eligible assets receive worldwide commercial rights, provided the payment remains valid and the project follows this license.
