Because each AI 3D creation task may use real computing, rendering, storage, and delivery resources once it starts, our refund policy is based on clear timing and usage conditions.

The related purchase or billing period must have fewer than 20 credits consumed when the refund request is received.
If an AI 3D task fails and produces no usable asset, the credits for that failed task are automatically returned to your account.
This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases made on Make3DAI.com, including one-time credit packs, monthly subscription plans, annual subscription plans, and automatic subscription renewal charges.
Make3D AI provides digital tools for making 3D models with AI, including text-to-3D model creation, image-to-3D workflows, multiview-to-3D creation, downloadable AI-generated 3D assets, and related 3D model tools.
Because Make3D AI is a digital service and usage begins as soon as you start an AI 3D task or consume credits, refunds are handled according to the timing, usage, and eligibility rules described in this policy.

You may request a full refund for a paid purchase when both of the following conditions are met:

At the time your request is received, fewer than 20 credits from the related purchase or billing period must have been used.
If both conditions are met, Make3D AI will refund the full amount paid for that purchase to the original payment method.
We may also review special cases in good faith, including duplicate payments, billing mistakes, accidental repeated charges, verified payment errors, or major service issues that prevented normal access to the AI 3D maker service.
Make3D AI provides on-demand digital 3D creation. When you make a 3D model with AI, the service may immediately use GPU processing, AI model inference, mesh generation, texture processing, preview rendering, file storage, and asset delivery resources.
For that reason, refunds are available for purchases that remain substantially unused.
The 24-hour request window and the fewer-than-20-credits condition allow Make3D AI to support fair refunds for unused or barely used purchases, while protecting the platform from misuse and keeping the AI 3D maker workflow stable for all users.
Except where required by applicable law or approved by Make3D AI in a special case, the following purchases are generally not eligible for a refund:

After Make3D AI issues the refund, the time it takes to appear on your card, bank, wallet, or payment provider statement depends on your financial institution. In many cases, refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, but some providers may take longer.
Make3D AI does not control bank or payment-provider settlement timelines.
Make3D AI subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Canceling your subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started, unless the payment meets the refund eligibility conditions in this policy or a mandatory consumer right applies.
After cancellation, your paid plan may remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in your account or required by law.
If your subscription renews automatically and you want to request a refund for the renewal charge, the same standard refund rules apply:
If both conditions are met, Make3D AI will refund the renewal charge in full to the original payment method.
If an AI 3D task fails and does not produce a usable 3D model, the credits used for that failed task are automatically returned to your Make3D AI account balance.
This automatic credit return is separate from a monetary refund. It allows you to try again with a revised prompt, a clearer reference image, a different camera view, or an adjusted creative direction without contacting support.
AI-made 3D results may vary in mesh structure, texture detail, geometry, proportions, style, and interpretation. A delivered 3D result is not considered failed simply because it does not perfectly match a user's creative expectation.
If you believe a technical issue on our side caused an incorrect credit charge, contact us and we will review the case.
Free credits, trial credits, bonus credits, promotional credits, or credits granted without direct payment have no cash value.
They cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or converted into a paid balance.
This Refund Policy applies only to paid purchases made on Make3DAI.com.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
Make3D AI provides digital content and digital services. Depending on where you live, you may have cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, repair, replacement, refund, or price-reduction rights for online purchases.
Where those rights apply and cannot legally be excluded, Make3D AI will honor them.

Where a proportionate refund applies, we may consider the credits already consumed and the membership benefits already used during the relevant billing period.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to exceptions for digital content and digital services that begin with your consent.
Digital content and digital services must also meet applicable UK consumer standards, including being as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
If a paid Make3D AI feature does not meet the required standard, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by law.
Where a partial refund or price reduction is appropriate, we may calculate it based on credit usage and the membership benefits already received.

In most cases, we can review and resolve billing issues faster through direct support than through a formal payment dispute.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may result in temporary restriction or suspension of the affected account while the payment provider investigates the matter.
We will cooperate in good faith with you, your bank, and the payment provider to resolve legitimate billing concerns.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment whenever possible.
If applicable taxes were collected on a refunded purchase, those taxes will be refunded where required by law.
Make3D AI does not charge an additional refund processing fee. However, currency-exchange differences, bank fees, card-issuer fees, wallet fees, or other third-party payment charges are outside our control and are not reimbursed by Make3D AI.
Make3D AI may refuse a refund request where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, refund manipulation, repeated chargeback behavior, unauthorized resale, automated usage, account-sharing abuse, payment fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
We may also limit, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in abusive billing behavior or misuse of AI 3D maker resources.
