01Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Make3DAI.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and QLIAN I.O.T US LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Mississippi, United States ("Company," "Make3DAI.com," "Make3D AI," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Make3DAI.com, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, buying credits, generating a 3D model, uploading content, downloading a file, or using any related tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, our Commercial License terms, and any additional disclosures shown at checkout or inside the Service. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you use Make3DAI.com on behalf of a business, game studio, product team, design agency, school, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes both you and that entity.

03Make3D AI Service Description

Make3DAI.com provides online tools for generating, previewing, improving, converting, and downloading 3D models directly in the browser. Depending on your plan and feature availability, the Service may include:

• Text to AI 3D Maker - generate 3D models from written prompts.
• Image to AI 3D Maker - generate 3D assets from a single reference image.
• Multiview to AI 3D Maker - generate 3D models from multiple views of the same object.
• AI 3D Texture Generator - generate, improve, or apply textures to 3D models.
• 3D Model Converter - convert supported 3D file formats such as GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, PLY, USDZ, and 3MF.
• 3D Model Repair and Remeshing Tools - improve geometry, topology, and usability of 3D assets.
• 3D Rendering, Animation, Segmentation, Texture Baking, and Volume Tools - support preview, presentation, measurement, optimization, and post-generation workflows.

Make3DAI.com is a software-as-a-service product that delivers digital content and digital services electronically. We may add, modify, rename, limit, test, suspend, or discontinue features, model versions, file formats, output settings, credit costs, download options, or plan benefits as the Service evolves.

04Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use Make3DAI.com. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Make3DAI.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

To make purchases, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and authorized to use the payment method you provide. You may not use Make3DAI.com if you are prohibited from receiving online services under applicable law, sanctions rules, export controls, payment network rules, or these Terms.

05Accounts and Security

Some Make3D AI features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including prompts, uploaded images, uploaded 3D files, generated models, downloads, credit usage, subscriptions, support requests, and commercial license activity.

You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or your credentials have been compromised. We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear compromised, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

06Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Make3DAI.com may offer free access, paid subscriptions, credit packs, monthly plans, annual plans, promotional offers, and other paid features. Prices, included credits, plan limits, renewal terms, generation costs, and feature availability are displayed on the pricing page, checkout page, website, or account dashboard before you purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes such as VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges. Taxes may be added based on your location, billing information, or legal requirements. Charges may appear on your card or account statement as Make3DAI.com, Make3D AI, QLIAN I.O.T US LLC, or the name of our payment processor.

Auto-renewal authorization

Subscriptions renew automatically. When you purchase a Subscription, you expressly authorize Make3DAI.com and our payment providers to securely store your payment method and to charge it on a recurring basis at the billing interval and price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your renewal date. We may send a receipt or renewal confirmation by email where required or available.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings, where available, or by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already charged unless required by law or allowed by our Refund Policy.

After cancellation, you may continue using paid features until the end of your current billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

Failed payments and price changes

If a payment fails, is declined, is reversed, or becomes past due, we may retry the charge, suspend paid features, reduce access, downgrade your account, remove plan benefits, or cancel the Subscription.

We may change pricing, credit allocations, plan limits, or feature availability on a prospective basis. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of material price changes before they take effect, and your continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

07Credits, Usage Costs, and Failed Tasks

Some Make3D AI features use Credits. Credit costs may vary depending on the type of task, model version, texture quality, geometry complexity, mesh type, file conversion, rendering settings, animation options, repair settings, or other processing choices.

Estimated credit costs shown in the interface are intended to help you understand expected usage before submitting a generation or processing task, and may differ from the final amount consumed.

If a task fails and no usable output is created, the Credits used for that failed task may be automatically returned or corrected by our system. Except where required by law or expressly stated by Make3DAI.com, Credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not refundable.

Subscription credits, bonus credits, promotional credits, and purchased credit packs may have different refill cycles, expiration periods, rollover rules, and usage restrictions, as disclosed at the time of purchase or grant.

08Refunds, Cancellation, and Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, applicable consumer law, and the rules of the relevant payment provider. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, and the time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees for the current billing period, used Credits, completed generation tasks, successfully generated 3D models, downloaded files, commercial license benefits, and completed digital services are generally non-refundable.

EU, UK, EEA, and similar consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, EEA, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory cooling-off period, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, for digital content and digital services supplied immediately, you expressly request and agree that Make3D AI may begin performance during the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that once you start using the Service, generate a 3D asset, consume Credits, or download digital content, you may lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds, chargebacks, and license effects

If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, any related paid benefits may be removed. This may include paid downloads, subscription access, Credits, and commercial usage rights connected to the affected payment.

If a commercial license was granted based on a refunded or reversed payment, that commercial license may become invalid, and you must stop using the affected asset commercially unless you obtain a valid paid license again.

09Commercial License and Asset Usage Rights

Make3DAI.com may provide different usage rights depending on your plan, payment status, and the feature used. The summary below is provided for convenience and is governed by our full Commercial License terms.

Commercial rights are conditional on valid payment, lawful use, the absence of any refund or chargeback, compliance with these Terms, and your ownership of, or permission to use, all uploaded inputs and reference materials.

Commercial rights do not grant you any rights to third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters, celebrity likenesses, brand logos, patented designs, product designs, protected trade dress, or other intellectual property that you do not own or have permission to use.

10User Content, Uploaded Files, and Generated Assets

You retain the rights you already have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content to Make3DAI.com, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transform, reproduce, display, transmit, and use your User Content and Generated Assets as needed to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed to upload your User Content and to use the resulting Generated Assets.

Make3DAI.com does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is unique, original, copyrightable, non-infringing, trademark-free, patent-free, or suitable for a specific commercial use. Because generative AI systems may produce similar results for similar prompts or inputs, different users may receive outputs that resemble each other.

11Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or improvement proposals, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or obligation to you.

12Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Make3DAI.com, Make3D AI, or any related tool for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or high-risk purposes. Prohibited uses include:

• Violating any law, regulation, sanctions rule, export control, court order, payment network rule, or third-party right.
• Uploading or generating content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, design rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Creating counterfeit goods, fake branded products, unauthorized replicas, or assets that impersonate brands, people, companies, governments, or official documents.
• Creating or facilitating weapons, firearm parts, explosives, regulated devices, dangerous materials, or instructions for physical harm, including 3D-printable weapon components.
• Generating pornography, sexually explicit content, content sexualizing minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other prohibited adult content.
• Promoting harassment, threats, hate, violence, terrorism, extremism, self-harm, abuse, doxxing, or discrimination.
• Uploading malware, bypassing security systems, scraping, reverse engineering, overloading infrastructure, automating abuse, or otherwise interfering with the Service.
• Using the Service for fraud, phishing, money laundering, fake reviews, hidden pricing, deceptive subscription practices, chargeback abuse, identity theft, or payment abuse.
• Using outputs in regulated medical, legal, financial, aerospace, military, engineering, or safety-critical contexts without qualified professional review.
• Treating AI-generated 3D assets as final manufacturing, engineering, medical, or compliance-certified files without independent inspection and validation.

We may remove content, block downloads, restrict Credits, withhold commercial license certificates, suspend accounts, or report activity to the relevant authorities if we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

13AI Output Limitations and Quality

Make3D AI uses artificial intelligence systems and third-party infrastructure. Outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, unexpected, distorted, non-manifold, inaccurate, low-quality, or unsuitable for your intended use.

Results may depend on prompt quality, image clarity, reference consistency, model version, geometry settings, texture settings, mesh type, server load, and third-party model behavior.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, repairing, validating, and approving any Generated Asset before using it in games, 3D printing, AR/VR, e-commerce, animation, manufacturing, client projects, public distribution, or commercial products.

Generated Assets are provided for creative, design, preview, and workflow purposes. They are not certified for safety-critical, medical, regulated, engineering, or manufacturing use.

14Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

Make3DAI.com, Make3D AI, QLIAN I.O.T US LLC, our website design, interface, brand elements, software, model orchestration, documentation, credit system, icons, logos, workflows, and Service content are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, frame, scrape, reverse engineer, or create competing services using Make3DAI.com content, interface, software, APIs, or systems, except where allowed by law or with our prior written permission.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws. If you believe content on Make3DAI.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected]. Your notice should include:

• Your name and contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

15Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using Make3DAI.com, you acknowledge that account data, prompts, uploaded images, uploaded 3D files, generated assets, logs, payment metadata, and support communications may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, which may include the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), where applicable. To exercise your privacy rights, contact us at [email protected].

16Payment Platform, Sanctions, and Compliance Requirements

You may not use Make3DAI.com in any way that violates payment provider policies, card network rules, sanctions laws, export controls, anti-money-laundering rules, consumer protection rules, or platform compliance requirements.

This includes activities involving sanctioned jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, illegal goods, prohibited adult content, gambling, regulated weapons, counterfeit goods, money laundering, deceptive subscription practices, fraud, or other prohibited or restricted business activities.

To comply with fraud-prevention, payment, sanctions, and legal obligations, we may request additional information, verify transactions, block purchases, cancel Subscriptions, suspend accounts, restrict downloads, or deny access to paid features.

17Third-Party Services

Make3DAI.com may rely on third-party AI models, cloud hosting providers, storage systems, payment processors, email tools, analytics providers, file conversion tools, rendering infrastructure, and other service providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, model behavior, API changes, payment failures, conversion issues, or feature restrictions outside our reasonable control.

18Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

We aim to provide reliable access to Make3D AI, but the Service may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or interrupted due to maintenance, server load, network problems, security events, third-party provider issues, or model-provider changes.

Some features may be experimental, beta, preview, or limited-release features. Beta features may produce unexpected results, may not be available to all users, and may be changed or removed at any time.

19Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, revoke Credits, block downloads, invalidate commercial licenses, or limit access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, infringed rights, created legal risk, engaged in fraud, or harmed Make3DAI.com, other users, payment providers, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment obligations, license restrictions, intellectual property rules, prohibited uses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms.

20Disclaimers

Make3DAI.com is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, uniqueness, commercial suitability, 3D printability, manufacturing suitability, or compatibility with specific software, hardware, printers, game engines, AR/VR platforms, e-commerce systems, or production workflows.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

21Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QLIAN I.O.T US LLC and Make3DAI.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, production losses, failed prints, manufacturing errors, client claims, or third-party claims arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid to Make3DAI.com for the Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability; or
• USD $50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

22Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QLIAN I.O.T US LLC, Make3DAI.com, and our officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• your User Content;
• your Generated Assets;
• your commercial use of outputs;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of law;
• your infringement of third-party rights;
• payment disputes or chargebacks;
• your misuse of the Service.

23Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which QLIAN I.O.T US LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Informal resolution first

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and to work with us in good faith for at least 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

Arbitration and class-action waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes that are not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and QLIAN I.O.T US LLC waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class or representative action.

This provision does not apply where prohibited by law. You may still bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. Consumers in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with mandatory protections retain rights that cannot be waived.

24General Provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Commercial License terms, and checkout disclosures, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding Make3DAI.com.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or of any other right.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or business transfer.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government actions, payment-provider issues, or third-party service failures.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for any third party except as expressly stated.

Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, website notice, or account dashboard. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. If there is a conflict, the English version governs.

25Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, email, or your account dashboard, and we will update the Last Updated date.

Your continued use of Make3DAI.com after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
